Mike Thomas

Mike Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike began their career in 1999 as a QA Assistant at Medisca, where they were responsible for material identity confirmation, releasing incoming material and finished product, and writing MSDSs and SOPs. In 2007, they moved to Cooper Industries Ltd. as a Production Supervisor, where they were responsible for production planning and improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. From 2012 to 2015, Mike worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, first as a Manufacturing Control Manager, then as a Flow Specialist, and finally as an Area Manager. In 2015, they joined Sumitomo Rubber USA as Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering Manager and Senior Manufacturing Control Manager. In 2022, they began their current role as Operations Site Leader at EnerVenue.

Mike Thomas completed their education history with an MBA in Project Management Concentration from Norwich University in 2012. Mike had previously earned a BA in Environmental Science from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh in 2002. Before that, they had obtained an AAS in Ecology and Environmental Technology from Paul Smith's College in 1998. Mike began their educational journey in 1992 at Niagara Falls High School.
