Rich Farruggia

Rich Farruggia has an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. With extensive experience in human resources, Rich has held roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Enesco, Vice President Human Resources at Things Remembered, and Divisional Human Resource Manager at ICI Paints. Additionally, Rich successfully led the start-up of RDM Property Maintenance LLC as President. Throughout their career, Rich has been instrumental in aligning talent with business needs and driving organizational development.
