Alvaro Vidal Olmos

Alvaro Vidal Olmos has a wealth of experience in various industries, primarily in maintenance and management roles. Alvaro is currently the Head of the Maintenance Department at ENEX. Prior to this, they served as the National Maintenance Chief for Premix Concretes at Polpaico. Alvaro also held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Casa de Moneda de Chile S.A., where they were responsible for overseeing coin manufacturing, car plate production, and the security cards plant. Alvaro has also worked as the Maintenance Manager at Hormigones Transex and as the Maintenance and Services Manager at Constructora Bio Bio S.A. Additionally, they served as the Head of the Machinery Department at Soletanche Bachy Chile S.A., where they managed the national machinery department, developed maintenance programs, and supervised equipment repair and reconstruction projects. Alvaro Vidal Olmos also worked at CCU as the Head of Beverage Manufacture and Line Maintenance, and at Equipamientos y Tecnología S.A. as a Key Account Manager for Metalmechanics Industries.

Alvaro Vidal Olmos obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Gestion Empresarial from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria in the years 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Mechanics from 1992 to 2000. Additionally, in 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Gastronomy Technician degree in Gastronomy from Duoc UC.
