Srinath Reddy H started their work experience in 2012 at Advit Ventures as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Enfinity Global as a Manager in Business Development, focusing on Power Sales and Strategy for the Indian and European Market. Srinath'sresponsibilities at Enfinity Global include devising strategic plans, assessing viable business propositions, and developing salable business plans based on the company's core competencies. Enfinity Global develops energy solutions to help customers achieve a zero-carbon footprint and facilitate a sustainable transition to a carbon-free economy.

Srinath Reddy H began their education journey by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AURORA jobs. Srinath graduated from this program in 2009. Following that, they enrolled at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and completed a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Electrical and Power Transmission Installation/Installer, General between 2010 and 2012. Currently, Srinath is studying at Keshav Memorial Degree & P.G. College, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Laws - LLB. This program is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
