Ari Tossavainen

Ari Tossavainen has extensive experience in security and monitoring operations, currently serving as the Director of Security & Monitoring Operations at Enfo since 2010. In this role, Ari leads 24x7 Security Operation Center initiatives, managing monitoring teams with a significant first-level resolution rate and high response SLA success. Ari has established key processes in major incident management, event management, and vulnerability management, while also overseeing patch management and antivirus operations. Previous roles at Enfo include Senior Manager positions in various areas of monitoring services and service management support, as well as a System Specialist and Operator earlier in Ari's career.
