Gina Granados P. has over 25 years of experience in the business intelligence, engineering technology, and entertainment industries. Gina Granados began their career as a Design Engineer at Silicon Graphics in 1995. In 1997, they joined Earthworks Films as a VFX & Associate Producer and Editor. Gina Granados then worked as a Management Consultant for Entertainment Industry & Technology Corporate Client Consulting from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2020, they served as Co-Founder and Consultant at Enforce Global, LLC. In 2020, they returned to the U.S. Naval War College, College of Leadership & Ethics as an Assistant Professor. In this role, they conduct research in their areas of specialty and teaches master's-level courses in Leadership, Ethics, Humanities, and Technology. Gina Granados also plays an active planning role in Flag Officer programs and research.

Gina Granados P. is currently a Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Humanities & Technology at Salve Regina University. Gina Granados also obtained an ALM from Professional Development - Harvard Division of Continuing Education in 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Science - BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. In February 2022, they obtained a Harvard Senior Executive Fellows certification from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
