Elaine Foss

Elaine Foss is a seasoned professional in global talent management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Enfusion since June 2022, Elaine focuses on developing and measuring enterprise talent strategies that align with business objectives. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Cushman & Wakefield, where enterprise talent strategies were implemented for a diverse workforce, and Director of Learning & Development at CBRE, overseeing corporate learning initiatives. Additional experience includes senior managerial positions at Deloitte and General Growth Properties, as well as instructional design roles at Arthur Andersen. Elaine holds an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas, an MA in Organizational Behavior from Western Michigan University, and a BA in Psychology from St. Olaf College.
