Joe Dugan is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory and leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Engage fi since October 2023, Joe has also worked as an Independent Consultant at Dugan Consulting from October 2022 to December 2023. Previous positions include SVP, Digital Strategy Officer at Liberty Bank - CT, Chief Experience and Go To Market Officer at Five Star Bank, and several leadership roles at Canandaigua National Bank and its subsidiaries. Joe has a strong background in customer experience management, digital strategy, business development, and asset management, holding degrees in Economics and English from Bucknell University.
