Mona Farid-Nejad

Research Consultant at Engage R+D

Mona works closely with foundations, nonprofits, and public agencies to facilitate evaluation, learning, strategy, and organizational development. She is passionate about using evidence-based strategies to help organizations to learn and deepen their social impact and has an extensive knowledge of evaluation, organizational culture, development, and change management. Mona is most inspired by helping organizations to develop data-driven learning cultures that emphasize people-centered approaches to change.

Prior to joining Engage R+D, Mona spent 10 years working with both public and private sector organizations as an educator, evaluator, and organizational development consultant. Her work has spanned a variety of industries including education, healthcare, government, tech, and media. Working across sectors and industries has provided Mona with a wide range of perspectives, tools, and strategies with which to engage stakeholders, enhance learning, and drive positive change in complex systems.
