C. Lloyd Mahaffey is the current EVP & COO at Engage Technologies Group. C. has also previously worked at Crytica Security, California Integration Coordinators, Inc., Windancer Technologies, Inc., and SmartStory Technologies, Inc., where they served as President and Director. In 2010, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for Cradlepoint, Inc., and in 2009, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for Unity Media Group. Additionally, from 2005 to 2009, they were the Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council for the Idaho Department of Commerce.

C. Lloyd Mahaffey's educational career began with a BA in C.'story from The Citadel. C. then went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Technology Executive Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in Amateur Radio Operator, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Commercial Pilot and Instrument Pilot, and the US Coast Guard in Sailboat Captain. C. also has a certification from the FAA in Tailwheel Pilot Certification.
