Ashley Warren

Ashley Warren has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Ashley started their career as a Customer Care Representative at The Mitchell Gold Company in July 2002 and worked in that role until July 2003.

Ashley then joined Alltel as an Inside Sales Representative in July 2003 and stayed until November 2005. During this time, they excelled in prioritizing workflows, exceeding monthly sales goals, and providing excellent customer service.

Following their role at Alltel, Ashley worked at Volex as an Inside Account Manager from November 2005 to February 2013. Ashley demonstrated strong leadership skills and effectively managed the productivity of the customer support staff to achieve quality service goals.

Since February 2013, Ashley has been working at Engage2Excel as a Program Manager. In this role, they are responsible for providing a superior customer experience, collaborating with sales, marketing, and administrative teams, and establishing a reputation as an efficient service provider with high levels of accuracy. Overall, Ashley has consistently shown dedication and proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service throughout their career.

Ashley Warren attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1985 to 1987, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Communications. Ashley then transferred to Gulf Coast Community College and completed their undergraduate degree in Communications from 1988 to 1989. Ashley later attended Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute from 1993 to 1994, focusing on Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies.
