Rick Evans

Rick Evans has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Engage2Excel. Prior to this role, they worked at Madison Performance Group for over seven years, starting as the Director of Product Management and later being promoted to Vice President of Product Management & Operations. During their time at Madison Performance Group, Rick played a key role in implementing AI technology to increase productivity and reduce staff. Rick also led the development of global, multilingual systems for major companies. Before Madison Performance Group, Rick served as the Managing Partner at The Seraphim Group, where they provided web-based consultancy services for various clients. Rick also worked as a Project Management Consultant at Genosys, managing installation teams and performing project management tasks. Additionally, Rick worked as an Information Architect Consultant for Medispares and US Interactive, and as a Senior Project Manager at SenseNet. Rick began their career as a Product Manager at Thomson Reuters/ILX Systems.

Rick Evans attended St. John's University from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Psychology with an emphasis on behavioral science and human factoring. In 1996, they enrolled at The Learning Tree International and completed a certificate program in Web Development and Administration in 1997. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Web Development and Administration from The Learning Tree in April 1997.
