Kaitlyn Ross has a long and varied work experience. Kaitlyn began their career in 2005 as a Marketing Assistant (Summer Intern) at Eduventures Inc. In 2006, they were an Account Management (Summer Intern) at Hill Holliday. Later that year, they joined BT Conferencing as an Assistant Marketing Manager, Retention. In this role, they supported customer branded automated CRM email campaigns, wrote and developed emails around the company's product portfolio, presented and sold automated CRM email marketing programs to key clients, managed a department budget, hired and supervised Northeastern University Co-op students, and received BT's "Helpful" value award. In 2014, they joined Texthelp as a Campaign Manager and later as a Marketing Manager. In 2021, they joined Brightly as an Integrated Marketing Manager, Healthcare. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Engageli as a Growth Marketing Director. In this role, they are part of a team that is transforming the future of learning and changing the lives of millions worldwide.

Kaitlyn Ross received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 2012 and 2015. Kaitlyn also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Elementary Education from Boston College, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. In addition, Ross has obtained two certifications: Account-Based Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2021, and Certified Digital Marketing Specialist – Strategy and Planning from the Digital Marketing Institute in February 2021.
