Alex De Guia

Alexandra (Alex) de Guia is an experienced professional in quality assurance and project management, currently serving as Acting Product Manager at EngageRM since December 2023. Previously, Alex held various leadership roles at Suncorp Group and the NSW Department of Customer Service, contributing significantly as a Quality Assurance Manager, Delivery Lead, and Test Lead. With a strong background in test management, user acceptance testing, and SCRUM methodologies, Alex has effectively supported teams and enhanced processes across multiple organizations, including Macquarie Group, nib Group, and nbn™ Australia. Alex holds several certifications, including PRINCE2 Foundation and ITIL Foundation, and has continually developed skills in test environment coordination and business analysis throughout a career that began in the early 2000s.
