Matthew Gambardella

Matthew Gambardella has extensive work experience in project management and business analysis. Matthew is currently working as a Project Lead at EngageRM since 2023. Prior to that, Matthew worked as an Associate Vice President and Project Manager at Charles River Development from 2022 to 2023. Matthew also served as a Senior Project Manager at CSG from 2021 to 2022, when CSG acquired their previous company Kitewheel. At Kitewheel, Matthew held the positions of Senior Project Manager from 2020 to 2021 and Technical Project Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Business Systems Analyst 2 at Epsilon from 2014 to 2018. Matthew started their professional career as a Data Supply Chain Analyst at EBSCO in 2013.

Matthew Gambardella earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Merrimack College in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from the same institution in 2013. In addition, Matthew has earned various certifications including Scrum Master (SMC) and Scrum Product Owner (SPO) from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2017, DMA Certified Marketing Professional (DCMP) from DMA in 2016, and Adobe Certified Expert (Campaign Business Practitioner) from Adobe in 2015.
