Monica Davis is an experienced professional in talent experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEIB), currently serving as the Director of Talent Experience at EngageSmart since May 2023. Prior roles include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant and Senior Leadership Development Specialist at CHG Healthcare from July 2019 to June 2023. Previously, Monica held positions at Miami HEAT, where responsibilities included Training & Development Manager and Senior Manager of Culture & Engagement from August 2014 to July 2020. Earlier experiences include serving as Human Resources Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts from January 2012 to August 2014. Monica Davis earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
