Hrayr Artunyan

Hrayr Artunyan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hrayr started their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer Intern at Jet Propulsion Laboratories (JPL), where they worked until February 2004. In 2004, they joined the University of California, Irvine as a Student Researcher, a position they held until June 2006.

In 2005, Hrayr had an internship as a Software Engineer Intern at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) from June to September. In 2006, they joined Strong Consulting Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked until July 2007.

From July 2007 to November 2008, Hrayr worked as a Software Engineer at Venarc. In October 2008, they started working at InfoNeedle, Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer/Consultant, a position they held until September 2018.

Simultaneously, in October 2008, Hrayr also started working at RootNode as a Web Developer/Operations Consultant, a position they held until June 2021. In 2012, they co-founded FocalPool Inc. and served as its CTO until 2017.

Hrayr's most recent position is as the CTO at Engagez, where they have been since September 2018.

Hrayr Artunyan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine. Hrayr attended the university from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering at UCLA, graduating from 2009 to 2013.
