Leah Meers serves as the Vice President of Global Client Success at Engaging Networks, bringing a wealth of experience in operations and client management. Prior roles include Director of Loyalty Program Management & Enablement at RBC and Director of Business & Partner Operations at RBCx, where Leah was instrumental in developing operational strategies. Leah also held various leadership positions at SheEO™, Free The Children, and Ampli, showcasing a strong background in event operations and quality assurance. Academically, Leah Meers holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western University and is pursuing a degree in Social Sciences at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
