Mike Spiker

Michael Spiker, CPA has an extensive work history in the real estate and financial industry. Michael has held several high-level roles at various companies throughout their career. Michael started their career at Kenneth Leventhal and Company as an Audit & Consulting Services Senior. Michael then moved on to VRS Realty Services, Inc. where they served as Southeast Division Vice President of Finance & Administration and later as Controller. At Harbert Properties, Inc., they worked as the Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for accounting, finance, and management information systems. Michael also served as a Managing Director/Director of Acquisitions at Euro American Investors Group and as a Principal at Southcap Real Estate Partners, LLC. Michael has experience overseeing real estate acquisitions and has acquired over $100 million of multi-family property. Most recently, they served as EVP Real Estate Investments at Engel Realty Company, LLC, where they oversaw all real estate acquisitions throughout the U.S.

Michael Spiker, CPA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Public Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained from 1980 to 1983. Michael also attended J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, Texas from 1972 to 1975. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
