Jack Griffith has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Jack is currently serving as the Vice President at Engen Contracting, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tesla for several years. At Tesla, they held various positions including Manager of Engineering, Design & Construction for California Infrastructure, Workplace Technical Project Manager, Sr. Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Superintendent. Jack joined Tesla in August 2016 and left in May 2023. Before their tenure at Tesla, Jack worked at HENSEL PHELPS as an Area Superintendent from 2007 to 2016.
Jack Griffith holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi. Jack also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

Engen Contracting, Inc. (“ECI”) was founded in 1997 by two brothers, Chris and Geoff Engen. At the inception, they had a vision to serve the local Austin community with a dependable, faith driven and trusted commercial construction company. Since that time, ECI has redefined itself through a transformation that broadened its focus into the Central Texas area with additional exposure in the San Antonio, Houston and DFW markets as well.
