Eleanor Mooney has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Eleanor started their most recent position as a Business Development Strategist at EngenderHealth in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate, Business Development at Palladium: Make It Possible from July 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they served as a Consultant, Programme Quality Manager (Afghanistan) at Free to Run from February 2021 to July 2021.

Currently, they are pursuing a part-time MSc in Development Studies, with reference to gender, at the SOAS University of London, which is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024.
