Relief Mtenga ACPA has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. From 2021, Relief has been working at NAMA Foundation as a Financial Management Mentor. Prior to that, from 2019, they served as the Finance and Investment Director at DESTINY VENTURES LIMITED. In the same year, they also worked as a Finance Manager at EngenderHealth.

Before that, from 2016 to 2019, Relief was associated with Population Services International, where they held multiple roles including Program Manager, Budgeting & Financial Analysis, Financial Analyst, Financial Analysis Advisor, and Financial Reporting Analyst. They were responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

From 2012 to 2015, Relief worked at Maktech Telecommunications as the Finance and Administration Manager and prior to that, as a Senior Accountant. In 2011, they started their career as an Accountant at GeoData Consultants Limited.

Furthermore, Relief has a volunteering experience at Students for International Change, where they served as a Volunteer and Founding Member of the Tupambane Program from 2004 to 2005.

Relief Mtenga ACPA has a diverse education history. From 2005 to 2008, they attended the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Hons degree with a field of study in Accounts.

In 2012 to 2013, Relief Mtenga ACPA pursued further education at the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA). They earned the Certified Public Accountant, CPA (T) degree, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation during this period.

In 2018, Relief Mtenga ACPA attended APMG International, where they obtained a certification in Financial Management for Professionals (FMDPRO 1).

Currently, Relief Mtenga ACPA is studying at Unicaf and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Management in the time frame of 2020 to 2022.

Additionally, Relief Mtenga ACPA holds several additional certifications. They acquired the Safeguarding Essentials certification from the Humanitarian Leadership Academy in February 2022. In February 2018, they also obtained the FMD PRO certification from APMG International.
