Helen Zulu FCCA FZICA MBA has a strong background in finance and credit management. Helen currently serves as the Head of Credit at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since October 2020. Helen has also held the role of a Non-Executive Board Member at GREAT NORTH CREDIT starting from February 2022. Prior to their current positions, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank for a significant period, where they held the positions of Country Head of Collections from March 2018 to October 2020, and Manager of Credit Collections & Recoveries from September 2015 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, Helen worked at Lafarge as an Accounts Receivables & Credit Manager from March 2014 to August 2015. Helen started their professional journey at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), where they served as a Revenue Accountant from June 2011 to February 2014. Helen also held roles at the Zambia Revenue Authority as a Senior Treasury Officer from February 2006 to December 2010, and as a Value Added Tax Assistant from April 2003 to January 2006. With their diverse experience in various finance-related roles, Helen brings a wealth of expertise to their current positions.

Helen Zulu FCCA FZICA MBA has a diverse education history. Helen obtained a Grade Twelve Certificate in Secondary Education from Roma Girls Secondary School. Helen then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from ACCA. Helen later attended Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting. Helen further enhanced their knowledge in finance by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Copperbelt University.

Continuing their professional development, Helen obtained several additional certifications. Helen became a Certified Accounting Technician through ACCA and obtained a Credit Skills Assessment certification from Moody's Analytics. Helen also completed the Certified Practitioner of Human-Centred Design program at the LUMA Institute. Recently, Helen obtained the Certified Expert in Microfinance certification from Frankfurt School Sustainable World Academy.

In addition to their formal education, Helen also attended various skill development courses, including "Expert Insights on Critical Thinking" and "Improving Your Technical Writing Skills" through Skillsoft.
