Rosebella Abok has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles focused on customer experience, sales, and account management. Rosebella is currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa), where they oversee customer service and support across multiple African countries. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations and Customer Experience at BrighterMonday Kenya, where they developed and implemented customer experience strategies aligned with the company's goals. Rosebella also has experience in customer success management, corporate account management, and personal banking. Additionally, Rosebella is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and has been involved in research and data analysis roles earlier in their career.
