Beenal (Raychura) Panchal serves as the HR Head for ENGIE India and has extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Previously, Beenal held roles at Tenneco, including Head of Human Resources and Head of Talent Acquisition for Tenneco India. Additionally, Beenal worked at Tata Consultancy Services in various capacities related to talent acquisition, business HR, COE, change management, and policy and process development.
