Ishita Awasthi has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Ishita began their career in 2003 as a Management Trainee at Clariant India Ltd. Ishita then moved on to ICICI Bank as a Management Trainee for 2 months. In 2006, they worked as an Executive - Recruitments for Confluence Consulting I Pvt Ltd for 1 month. Afterwards, they were an Executive - HR at Ness Technologies for 1 year. In 2008, they were an Executive - HR at Maya Entertainment Ltd. and a Sr. Executive - HR at D'Decor for 4 years. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Senior Manager - HR & Admin at CouponDunia and then a Senior Manager - HR and Head HR - India at Heady.

Ishita Awasthi began their educational journey in 1999 when they completed their HSC from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics. Ishita then went on to pursue a BMS in Marketing from the University of Mumbai from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they continued their education at the University of Mumbai and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2006.
