Sara Callegari

Sara Callegari is currently the Human Resources, Organisation, HSE & General Services Director at ENGIE Italia. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GdF Suez Energia Italia S.p.A. and HR Director at COFELY ITALIA S.p.A.

Sara has over 15 years of experience in human resources management. Sara has a proven track record in leading and developing teams, as well as managing employee relations, training, development, and compensation & benefits.

Sara is a strategic thinker who is able to translate business objectives into tangible HR initiatives. Sara is known for their calm and level-headed approach, even in the most challenging of situations.

Sara Callegari has a bachelors degree in SCIENZE POLITICHE from Università degli Studi di Milano. Sara also has certification from HRC International Group in HRC BEST PRACTICE LEADER AWARD 2021, from AWAIR in Hogan Certification, from Escuela Europea de Coaching in coach certification, and from ENGIE Italia in Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Balance.
