Auragni Jeanson

Auragni Jeanson currently serves as Group Vice President of Human Resources at ENGIE, leading global People Development Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Auragni held various positions at SLB, including Global Human Resources Director for New Energy and Strategy & Sustainability, where responsibilities encompassed shaping the people landscape for a sustainable energy transition and enhancing the HR function globally. With over 15 years of international HR experience across multiple regions, including Asia Pacific, Auragni has demonstrated a commitment to fostering organizational diversity and developing talent within the energy sector. Educational accomplishments include multiple master's degrees in Communication and Human Resources, along with training in High Performance Leadership from IMD and executive education at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
