Kristin Cook

Kristin Cook has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resource Project/Program Specialist at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since August 2021. Previously, Kristin held various roles at Boeing from November 2015 to July 2021, including Sr. HR Business Partner for the KC-46 Tanker and Employee Relations Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a complex mass redundancy project across multiple countries. Kristin also provided HR generalist support in Boeing Global Services and contributed to organizational changes within Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Prior experience includes serving as an Organizational Capability Analyst at Chevron, focusing on talent development and recruitment efficiency, and as a Human Resource Generalist for the Portland Public School District. Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
