Chijioke Amaeshi

Chijioke Amaeshi, PHRi, MSc, ACIPM, currently serves as the Talent Management Specialist at LEKOIL Limited, overseeing talent management across Nigeria, the US, and the UK since November 2015. Responsibilities include managing various functions such as Competency Framework & Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Employer Branding, and the Job grading system. Prior to this, Chijioke held the position of Talent Manager at Petrok Oil & Gas Services Limited from February 2013 to October 2015 and worked as a Human Resources Officer at PFL Engineering Services Limited in early 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management from Westford University College.
