Emmanuel Joffre

Emmanuel Joffre currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at ENGIE since September 2023. Previously, Emmanuel held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Human Resources for the Americas at SCOR from December 2017 to September 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at AIG from August 2011 to November 2017, including Global HRBP for Personal Insurance and Claims, as well as HRBP for US Operations & Claims and EMEA. Emmanuel also worked at Alstom as HR Director for the UK & Ireland from November 2008 to July 2011, and held HR positions at L'Oreal, Legrand, and Upjohn Pharmaceuticals Ltd earlier in the career. Emmanuel Joffre obtained a Master’s degree in HR from ESSEC Business School after completing undergraduate studies at Université de Limoges.
