Julien Pochet

Julien Pochet has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer for GBU Flex Generation & Retail and Head of Group Legal M&A at ENGIE since July 2021, after previously holding the position of Chief Legal Officer for GBU Thermal, Supply & Hydrogen. Prior to this, Julien Pochet worked as General Counsel & Ethics Officer for Asia-Pacific at ENGIE APAC from April 2015 to September 2021 and as General Counsel for ENGIE Chile from September 2011 to March 2015. Earlier career roles include Chief Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at Electrabel, Senior Legal Counsel at bpost, and various legal positions at prestigious firms like Allen & Overy and CMS Belgium. Julien Pochet holds a Master's degree in International Politics from Université libre de Bruxelles and Bachelor's degrees in Law from both Université catholique de Louvain and Université de Namur.
