Roberto Santilli

Roberto Santilli is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in maintenance and operations management in the aerospace and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Maintenance Engineering at ENGIE since June 2014, Roberto specializes in asset reliability analysis, O&M process design, and technical advisory for rotating equipment. Prior to this role, Roberto held various positions at Cofely Italia, including Head of Maintenance for District Heating & Power, where responsibilities encompassed gas turbine operations and maintenance planning. Roberto's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Alitalia Maintenance Systems and Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana, focusing on production planning, project management, and aircraft systems engineering. Roberto holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
