Shawn yost

Shawn Yost has worked in the field of bioinformatics for over a decade. Shawn began their career in 2008 as a Bioinformatics Ph.D. Student at UC San Diego. In 2013, they moved to The Institute of Cancer Research as a Senior Computational Biologist. That same year, they also began working at TGLClinical as a Senior Bioinformatician. In 2016, they took on the role of Informatics Coordinator at The Transforming Genetic Medicine Initiative (TGMI). Most recently, in 2019, they joined Engine Biosciences as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist II.

Shawn Yost completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioinformatics at UC San Diego from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Honors) in Bioinformatics from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2005 to 2008.
