Jim Czlapinski

Jim Czlapinski has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jim began their career as a Software Developer at Pense Consulting, Inc. where they developed custom software and provided hardware/software support for clients. Jim then moved on to Procter & Gamble, where they served as a Design and Development Lead, responsible for global Wal-Mart Team Information Systems. At capSpire, Inc., Jim worked as a Director, Technology Solutions, mentoring a consulting team and contributing to the expansion of the startup. Jim joined Cimarex Energy as a Product Development Team Lead, managing a team of developers and overseeing day-to-day operations. Jim's most recent position was at The Hershey Company, where they held various roles such as Director of Commercial Data, Senior Manager of US Category Innovations, and Senior Vice President of Product & Partner Strategy at engine. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in data analytics, IT management, and strategic partnerships.

Jim Czlapinski obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the University of Arkansas in 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Academy Accreditations in Azure Databricks Platform Architect, Platform Administrator, Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals, and Generative AI Fundamentals from Databricks in 2023. Jim also holds a certification in Microsoft Operations Framework V4 from Microsoft, obtained in 2011.
