Jerry Gonyea

Jerry Gonyea has extensive experience in human resources and health and safety, serving as the Human Resources Coordinator and Health and Safety Coordinator at Engineered Air since July 2002. Responsibilities include managing employee recruitment, training and development, performance management, claims management, and health and safety coordination. Jerry is also a certified Return to Work Coordinator and has experience in freight coordination. In addition to professional work, Jerry has coached various youth soccer teams at Newmarket Soccer Club from 2004 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University, a diploma in Health and Safety from the University of New Brunswick, a degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Return to Work Coordinator Certificate from NIDMAR.
