Leann Colella, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leann is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at The Engineered Innovation Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the State of Montana where they held multiple roles, including Professional Licensing Supervisor, Interim Program Specialist, Project Manager Specialist 3, and Project Manager Specialist 2. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and supporting various projects, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and creating project documentation.

Leann also worked as a Strategy and Social Media Consultant and Marketing Project Manager at Howard Primer from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have experience as a Server at Copper Furrow Brewing, Founder and Managing Director at Sharp Spruce, and Account Manager, Social Media Manager, and Brand Development at SocialFlixx, L.L.C.

Earlier in their career, Leann worked as an Office Manager at Access Outfitters, Assistant Product Manager at Cato Corporation, and held various leadership roles at Northwood University. Leann Colella, MBA, PMP has a strong education background. In 2014, they enrolled at Northwood University and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Marketing and Management in 2017. Prior to that, in 2013, they attended the University of Montana where they pursued studies in Communication, but did not obtain a degree.

In 2022, Leann enrolled at the University of Montana once again, this time to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Leann completed the program in 2023.

Additionally, Leann holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) which they obtained in March 2023 from the Project Management Institute.
