Rachel Cook

Rachel Cook is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Engineerica Systems, Inc. Prior to their current role, Rachel worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Data Masons Software and as a Product Manager at Engineerica Systems, Inc. Rachel also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Florida SouthWestern State College and has held supervisory roles at Hillsborough Community College and Joann Fabric & Craft Stores. Rachel holds a Master's Degree in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing from Chester College of New England. Rachel is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Central Florida.
