Beth Mitchell

Beth Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the legal and sports sectors. Beth is currently Head of Regulations at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), where they provide legal advice and oversees the team. Prior to this, they served as a Panel Member on the Board of Appeal of Classification at the International Paralympic Committee and as a Non Executive Director at Welsh Triathlon. Beth also worked as Legal Counsel - Football Regulation & Litigation at The Football Association, where they handled regulatory and advisory matters. Beth started their career at Hogan Lovells, where they worked as a Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation, dealing with complex litigation proceedings. Overall, Beth has demonstrated their expertise in legal advice, strategic oversight, and handling varied contentious matters throughout their career.

Beth Mitchell attended UEFA Academy from 2019 to 2021, where they completed the Football Law Programme. Prior to that, they studied at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Following their undergraduate degree, they enrolled at BPP Law School in 2011 for the Accelerated Legal Practice Course. The end year for their studies at BPP Law School is not provided.
