Michael Bauersfeld

Michael Bauersfeld has over 18 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ELM Home & Building Solutions since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President & CFO at Tecumseh Products Company from January 2016 to August 2019.

In 2014, Michael joined Armored AutoGroup Inc. as the Executive Vice President & CFO, where they were responsible for transforming the finance, accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions. Under their leadership, the company underwent a successful recapitalization and sale in May 2015.

Before joining Armored AutoGroup, Michael held multiple roles at Sun Products Corporation starting in September 2008. These roles included Vice President, Corporate Controller & Treasurer from March 2014 to October 2014, Vice President & Corporate Controller from February 2012 to February 2014, and Interim CFO from July 2011 to January 2012.

From August 2007 to August 2008, Michael worked at Elizabeth Arden as the Vice President & Corporate Controller. Michael also held various finance positions at Elizabeth Arden from December 2004 to April 2007.

Earlier in their career, Michael served as the Director of Financial Reporting at Memry Corporation in 2004 and at Remington Products from 2001 to 2004.
