Todd Rothlisberger

Todd Rothlisberger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild, specializing in restructuring. From 2013 to 2016, they served as an Investment Associate at Angelo, Gordon & Co., focusing on distressed debt. In 2017, Todd had a summer internship at Shell, specifically in mergers and acquisitions. Todd then pursued an MBA at the Yale School of Management from 2016 to 2018. Following their MBA, Todd joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Global Manager of FP&A, where they played a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, executive and board-level financial analysis, and financial optimization and value creation projects. In 2019, they transitioned to H4 as a Vice President of Strategy, being responsible for fundraising, growth strategy, and competitive analysis. From 2020 to 2022, Todd worked at Solenis as the VP of Transformation and Pools Division Finance, leading FP&A for the Pools Solutions division and managing a global team. Todd joined ELM Home & Building Solutions in 2022 as the VP of FP&A.

Todd Rothlisberger earned their HS Diploma from Groton School in the years 2004 to 2007. Following this, they attended Babson College from 2008 to 2011 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, specializing in Finance. Most recently, from 2016 to 2018, Todd attended Yale School of Management where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA).
