Oscar Codoceo

Oscar Codoceo is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. Since August 2016, Oscar has served as the Managing Director and General Manager of Burleigh Heads Language College, where strategic marketing initiatives and overall operations are overseen. Oscar’s unique marketing strategy, integrating punk culture and extreme sports, earned recognition as a finalist for the English Australia Innovation Award in 2023 and previously won the same award in 2021 for the innovative use of Virtual Reality in English language teaching. In addition to leadership roles in education, Oscar co-founded Invemed, providing engineering services to the mining sector, and established My Aussie Life, an international education agency. Oscar also serves as the Founder and CEO of Watermelon Studio Pty Ltd, specializing in graphic design and marketing. Educational background includes a degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia from Universidad del Pacífico.
