Syed Saud Ahmed Pasha

Syed Saud Ahmed Pasha has a diverse work experience in various companies within the agriculture and food industry. Syed Saud Ahmed started their career in 1989 as a Technical Services Officer at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, where they provided technical training and assistance in crop production and balanced nutrition.

In 2001, Pasha joined Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd as a Regional Sales Manager, where they worked for four years. Engro Chemical is a subsidiary of Engro Corporation and a leading fertilizer manufacturing company in Pakistan.

Pasha then moved to Engro Foods Limited in 2005 and held the role of GM Milk Procurement. Syed Saud Ahmed was responsible for setting up a dairy value chain and milk collection network across rural Pakistan. Syed Saud Ahmed also played a key role in creating awareness and educating farmers about commercial dairy farming.

In 2009, Pasha was promoted to the position of Director, Agri Business at Engro Foods Limited. In this role, they explored new agricultural-based businesses for the company and managed the back end of the value chain. Pasha spearheaded dairy development and agri services, developed raw material production sources, and headed the meat value chain for the newly established meat business. Syed Saud Ahmed was also responsible for all CSR activities and development projects for Engro Foods.
