Ng Yik Soon

Ng Yik Soon was appointed to the Board as a Non-Independent Executive Director on 3 June 2002. He holds a Professional Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the University of Malaya Centre for Continuing Education. He has been with Engtex Sdn Berhad since completing his secondary education in 1985. He held various positions in the company prior to assuming his present role of being responsible for the sales and marketing function of a manufacturing subsidiary. He does not hold any directorship in other public company. He attended all the five Board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
