Nic Walker

Nic Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and bioinformatics, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and VP of Data Science and Informatics at ENHANC3D GENOMICS since November 2021. Prior to this, Walker held significant roles at Cambridge Epigenetix, including Director of Data Science, where contributions included founding the Data Science team and advancing technologies for diagnostic medicine. Experience also includes research positions at the University of Cambridge and Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, focusing on epigenomics and computational software development. Walker's academic background features a Ph.D. in Biomolecular Science and Computer Science, complemented by advanced degrees in Business Enterprise, Mathematics, and Information Systems from the University of Manchester and Massey University.
