Brian Swendra started their work experience as a Store Manager at Robinsons-May in 2000. Brian was responsible for managing the store staff, achieving financial objectives, and analyzing variances. In 2003, they joined Brink’s Inc as a Branch Supervisor, where they supervised the execution of business operations and motivated team members. Brian then worked as a National Account Manager at U.S. Security Associates, Inc., where they focused on developing new business opportunities and assessing clients' needs. In 2009, Brian joined Amazon as a Loss Prevention Specialist, where they monitored suspicious individuals, conducted investigations, and apprehended employees suspected of theft. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Enhanced Security Solutions, Inc., responsible for developing safety and security programs and managing the hiring, training, and supervision of team members.
Brian Swendra attended La Sierra High School from 1996 to 2000, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on English Language and Literature. Brian then went on to attend Everest College-Ontario from 2000 to 2005, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In terms of additional certifications, Brian obtained a Baton Permit from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in 2021. Brian also holds certifications as a Private Patrol Operator Manager from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in 2016 and 2012, an Exposed Firearm Permit in 2004, and a Security Officer certification in 2004.
