Ken Lieupo, PMP

Ken Lieupo, PMP has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they founded Document Security Solutions, a start-up knowledge management and document conversion organization. Ken directed company operations, focusing on ERP system integration, business development, process improvement, and project management. In 2006, Ken joined WellCare as the Human Resource Management System Manager, responsible for managing HR technology and improving data analysis and reporting. Ken then worked at ADP from 2007 to 2019, initially as a Project Manager/Director and later as the Senior Director of Implementation Services. In these roles, they managed implementation teams, created and executed project plans, and supported clients in various industries. Currently, Ken is working at enhanceHCM as a Program Manager. Their responsibilities include overseeing programs and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Ken is open to new consulting opportunities in ERP, HCM, ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP, and Workday.

Ken Lieupo, PMP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Florida State University. Ken also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from both the University of Maryland Global Campus and the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany. In addition to their degrees, Ken Lieupo has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2007.
