Saritha Dhulipudi

Saritha Dhulipudi has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Saritha is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Enhops, a ProArch Company, where they work on quality engineering and software product engineering solutions. Prior to this, Saritha worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ProArch. Saritha also has extensive experience as the Head of Recruitment at HR Footprints Management Services Pvt Ltd, where they built the recruitment and executive search vertical from scratch and handled mid and senior-level hirings for IT and non-IT industries. Earlier in their career, Saritha worked as a Senior HR Associate at HR Footprints and as an Assistant Manager HR at Patil Rail Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

Saritha Dhulipudi completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Sasi Institute of Technology & Engineering, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resources at Dhruva College of Management from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Saritha Dhulipudi has also acquired several certifications. Saritha obtained the "Certified PPA Practitioner" certification from Thomas International Ltd in December 2012. Furthermore, they have obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, including "Attracting, Hiring, and Working with Gen Z", "Employer Branding to Attract Talent", "Align Recruiting with Job Requirements", "Niche Recruiting", "Recruiting Talent with Social Media", "Talent Sourcing", "Technical Recruiting", and "Social Recruiting for Recruiters".
