Elisa Arte is an experienced professional in the field of food sciences, currently serving as the Ingredient Development Manager at Enifer since October 2021. Prior to this role, Elisa worked as a Research and Development Specialist at Raisio from January 2020 to October 2021. Elisa's academic background includes a PhD in Food Sciences from the University of Helsinki, where research and teaching assistant roles were undertaken from June 2013 to December 2019.
