Bianca Cartagena

Bianca Cartagena has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Bianca is currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Enigma Technologies, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Markforged, where they held the position of Manager Human Resources Business Partner from January 2022 to March 2022 and Senior Human Resources Business Partner from May 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Markforged, Bianca worked at Kornit Digital as a Human Resources Generalist from January 2019 to May 2020 and as a Human Resources Coordinator from March 2018 to January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Manager at Rsam (now Galvanize) from May 2016 to March 2018.

Bianca Cartagena obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from New Jersey City University in 2012. In 2019, they also obtained additional certifications in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University Metropolitan Campus and became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
